I use this table to provide relaxation and pain relief to my athelete room mates. They love the experience and quite often fall asleep on the cushiony table. The tilting back makes head and face massage much easier, even if it is difficult to bring it back down to the flat position in one smooth motion. It is also a snap to adjust the height. The addtional ahead rest and arm rests make the massage a more comfortable experience for the person receiving and the person giving the massage. It is a bit unwieldy weighing in at about 60 pounds, but manageable. I would highly recommend this product for beginners or advanced practitioners.
